Policies

To make an appointment at Terra Moné Beauty, you must provide your name, telephone number and a valid email address.

  • At least a 25% deposit for services under $100 and a 50% for services over $100 is required.  All deposits are non refundable, but they can be used toward another service if cancelled MORE than 24 hours in advance.

Without a deposit your spot is not secure.  The deposit will be applied to services rendered.

The automated booking system will email you a reminder regarding your appointment.  It is your responsibility to provide AT LEAST 24 HOURS notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.  Without at least 24 hours notice, it will be considered a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited, and your appointment will be given to someone who is on the wait-list.

Please keep in mind that due to the high volume of clients serviced, walk-ins cannot be accommodated.  Please do not wait until the last minute to attempt to make an appointment.

There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are later than 10 minutes you cannot be serviced and your appointment will be considered a no show.  Prior to being serviced again you will be charged a $25 no show fee.

Please refrain from bringing others with you to your appointments.

If you have a coupon or voucher, you still may still use the online booking system to make an appointment. Please indicate this in the notes section when scheduling your appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment with AT LEAST 24-hours notice, or if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged 50% of the full service for which you have a voucher. If your credit card is declined, your voucher will be considered redeemed.  Also, please be advised that all vouchers and coupons clearly state that you must adhere to the policies of Terra Moné Beauty.
